Middle East and Africa Release 1
For Middle East and Africa Release 1 there are a number of changes including the network dataset is now the same as the network dataset in the StreetMap Premium mobile map packages (available through ArcGIS Pro or ArcGIS.com). This release includes three new routing restrictions for pedestrians: 'Avoid Roads Unsuitable for Pedestrians', 'Avoid Stairways' and 'Preferred for Pedestrians'.
